Chief and spankybird, got just what you need...
Let me preface this by saying this is a generic post written for several forums not the least of which is my own.
and shared here.
I received the 2006 Woodland Scenics catalog today and was moved to add them to my own forum in the section for tackle and toy train resources as well as write a bit about them.
God love those guys at the local hobby shops and I do like to spend my money their, ... but.. they never seem to have what I want which sends me to ebay or to google up something I need and try to get my local guy to order it or as in this case, buy it direct form the manufacturer.
I emailed Wood Land Scenics about some track figures in O ga., and the emailed back that they would send me their catalog. It came in tow days exactly.
I was amazed to the number and diversity of products they had. I did not know they carried a quarter of the things they offer.
I recommend getting a catalog also.
From people to cars to buildings, the products are varied and of high quality. They are famous mostly, I thought, for thier landscaping products.
I spoke to someone there today at length and found them very personable and accommodating.
There fore, I think they rate a hearty "well done" and the publishing of their web page.
