Dear Gandolf50,
THANK YOU SO MUCH for flipping the part and for giving it to me. Now everything works!
I had the idea to flip it, but I did not know how. So, your help saved my day.
Thank you once again.
Youre right - strange that no one before mentioned this fact, and also the person who created the instruction should have noticed.
However - happy now
Enclosed the final pics of the last steps and the final model (regarding to the delivered parts).
Next steps will be:
a.) thinking how the bottom side can be pepped up and afterwards
b.) weathering of the model
Next project will be the Imcold X-Wing. I will not post a building thread, as I think, that this thread:
http://www.zealot.com/threads/my-imcolds-x-wing-build.179015/page-6#post-1012524
shows everything and even more than I could ever post.
Thx for this thread - it will be my reference.
Thanks for your tip. I will follow your tip and do reinforcements where useful.Great. One thing I underestimate on my build - You should have a plan for a stand and reinforce model accordingly. I also reinforced some parts of hull so I can hold the model in hands while building without fear of damaging the model.
If you start your thread I can elaborate on this more there.
