Landlord, what a pain in the butt they can be. They create their own problems. For a rent raise, they lose a dependable tenant, then spend years finding another decent one, losing any gain they imagined.

I have faith that you wwill find a new place. Good people make out in the end of the day.

Thank you all, but remember, this is not done yet, not by a long shot.
I may have to put the project on hold soon, as we have been given 60 days to find a new residence. We have been on a "Month to month" lease since Oct of 2022 when the ownership and management of the house we rent changed. We have a lead on a new place, but nothing firm yet. So it may get messy.

I can’t ‘like’ that. Good luck on the search. Hopefully the new home will be even better.

Just a quick update, I found the box they were packed in, and all my models survived, a few of my smaller minis went to met the great resin god in the sky, but ohh well.





Now I can start working on getting the Falcon finished.
