The drivetrains were completed:





The glue must cure completely before the drivetrains are attached to the main body.

In the meantime I went to my local PC shop (the one I got my new printer from) and asked for some spare cable wire. Luckily the assistant had one available and gave it to me for free. His name was "Marcel", BTW. A proof that we Marcel(l)s stick together! rinks:



Two 10 cm long pieces were cut off.





The back side of the head has several white marks which indicate the position of the wires. The original kit provides two flat U-shaped pieces of paper for this, however, real wire looks much more authentic.

The marks were cut and widened with a rod exactly like on the fingers.







The cables are inserted.





Glue was not required, everything fit like a glove.

@Rhaven Blaack : Thank you for your comment. However I facepalmed big time:

I attached the neck before the legs!

So I was unable to lay the body flat on the ground to glue the legs into place. Ah well. Problems are there to be solved. I took a cardboard box stuffed with old newspapers and put the model inside. Then I attached the legs and left everything to dry over night.

One day later (= yesterday) everything was put together. And I give you

You might save some work by using magnets and metal sheet: Put the magnet into the small shoulder tube and glue the metal sheet behind the printed rail inside the torso boxes. I would have done that if I had had the time to order the materials. Since my deadline was very tight I chose a much more difficult way but a way that I thought would definitely work. I didn't have time for experiments and used whatever materials were available. In addition, you may choose this way if you don't have a chance to get some magnets.
