I started that on my build. But to give the plates the proper 3d effect it has to be at least 160g paper (190g in my case). 120g was to thin.An easy way to do that is to print it out on thin paper, and just vut and glue the panels over onto the model. The panel lines form themselves.![]()
That's right. As a lesson for next models which could benefit from that kind of detail. Here it is too lateThat Looks really good.
Here is a suggestion. Add the panels (plates) before assembling the components. This will (also) allow you to add additional details and greebling without worrying about disturbing or ruining neighboring parts and components.
