This is not too bad. See this project as a learning experience to get accustomed to figure building. Organic shapes are the most challenging objects to replicate in paper. You are doing extremely well!

My main problem with figure painting is getting the flesh tones and hair to look realistic, but I've only ever tried one paper figure...

This looks great for what it is, and a learning lesson for all.

Switch to dinosaur figures. Lots of paint options, none of which will be wrong, and all flesh tones turn into deep (blood) red.

I use “Army Painter Warpaint” and “Model Air” for my figures, they are all also suitable for the airbrush. I have all the colors and they leave nothing to be desired, there are also some special colors (see example pictures of Darksouls or have a look at my Dark Souls figures).

Thank you for your kind comments and for following the build. Now that it's finished, I'm also satisfied, it looks good on the shelf. After a short break, the next project is already in the starting blocks.
