Yesterday was one of those crazy days with kids. My son had a Meet and Greet with his teachers. Next he had to have his photo ID for football taken. We topped off the night with a Cub Scout Pack Meeting. Needless to say no modeling got done.

Hi All, A lite rain from Fay overnite but not measureable,cloudy all day though. I did a little fixin on a pair of old 027 switches I plan to take to a train show, hard to sell with all the newer stuff but maybe for $10.00 I might get a sale.I rewired but had the wire so no investment but time and a lite bulb. Get ready for friday and the the last long summer weekend. Very depressing.....S.J.
Howdy guys - had to mow the lawn after work tonight and just been emailing with Sir James and watching tv with the family. Wife and kids are headed to KC on the weekend, so I'll try and get a lot of drywalling done - I'm going to finish all the walls except in the bathroom, where I still need to finish up some plumbing and install the shower and lights etc. I think I need to move a couple pipes I already put in last year - darn!

Update on jobs and HistoricRail
Both Jobs have me on hold pending funding Job #2 is more likely to call me back soon as they need to finish project soon
Job #1 is still waiting for work order releases from their main customers(ODOT(Ohio department of transportation) and several other government agencies). They need to find some more commercial customers
Anyone out there know of anyone in the Ohio area needing documents transfered to microfilm or microfisch format? (this is what Job #1 is mostly)
All is right with my lost order to Historicrail they just recieved it on the 19 and I sent it in on the 1st one item on back order, very friendly helpful customer service:thumb: I ordered an O scale military pickup with Marine recruitment sign in the bed of truck and an $8.00 DVD on trains
I will order from them again for some other neat things for layout/layoutroom:mrgreen:Diet goes well still need to work on exersise :cry:
Low 80s and humid, rewired an old switch controller and matched it up with the right pair of switches. Got one more thing to do rewire an 027 uncouple/unload track. I found I have several that need wire but only doing one for the train show, that kind of thing is hard to sell even when they know how much a new one is. Enjoy your weekend...S.J.
