Here are the photos of the Female BSG Arctic Uniform.
Here is the template for the Arctic Uniform.
Starting with the legs.
The legs are finished.
Now for the torso. Like with the Male figurine, You will need to use the pelvic part from the Arctic kit and the upper torso from the Pilot kit for this.

Now for the rest of the Arctic Uniform.
I attached the body of the coat.
The gun belt and leg strap is added.
The Blaster is placed in the holster
Here is the arm (Yes, there are options for both the BS Galactica and BS Pegasus for both the male and female figurines).
The arms are attached.
Here is the head. I attached only one layer if the hair, so that I could put the hood on as well.
The head is attached.
The hood is now attached.

Greetings ladies and gentlemen.
Yes, it has been a few years since my last post in this thread. As some of you know, I am planning on making a large BSG diorama. I have also been thinking of a large BRTC25 diorama as well. With that being said, I thought that I would need a "Dr. Huer" figure as well. So, I decided to have a little fun to see what I could come up with. I did have help from @Revell-Fan with Tim O'Conner's face.
Right now, the only one that I was able to finish was the one where Dr. Huer is in his formal uniform.
Here are the photos of the build:
*NOTE*: This first one is with a normal (stock) head (that comes with the regular templates) with gray hair.
I started off with black boot and trousers and a white toursoe.
I applied the overcoat.
Here are the arms. In the first photo, I made the white arm and slid it into the black coat arm. I them attached the gloved hands (white hands).
The arms and shoulder pads are attached.
Here are the medals and the red sash.
The sash goes on the left shoulder.
Here is the head (that already comes with the template. I just grayed the hair).
The head is attached.
I attached the medals and quickly realized that they are way too big (I need to fix them for the next test build).

I resized the medals. They fit and look better
Here is a comparison of both figures together. I am thinking of staying with the Tim O'Conner face.
I will post photos of the other uniforms that Dr. Huer wore as well.

So, I am continuing the "Dr. Huer" build. My plans are to build all of the uniforms that Dr. Huer (commonly) wore in the series. Besides the Black formal uniform (Above), there were two white, one blue, and one red.

This thread kind of got past me, sorry, great workmanship. I would water form the "boobies". 
Thank you very much. I enjoy making these figures. I have plans for designing more figures, as time allows. However, I am currently concentrating on the figures that I need for my dioramas.
I thought about the water forming technique, however, the parts are very small. Not only that, but I use simple printer/typing paper for the figures.

If you could make some hard epoxy boobies, smaller pieces water form easier. You will see, as you can really saturate the paper, and mold it to the plug, and just let it dry.
When I get the time, I will give it a go. Thank you for the advice.

You may remember I told you my Mom was a seamstress, and taught all of us how to sew. You may want to consider making the breast part of the models using the sides, the connecting them, forming a long perpendicular piece to represent that anatomy as it looks on most uniforms. Also, tighten the waistline, this will differentiate the women from men, and the jacket itself can do this, and be structural. If you make individual Boobies, then a Jacket made from tissue paper could be made, and it would, if slightly moistened, follow the contours, and give you the same result, though you still should bring in the waste line, a much noticed defining character of women.
These are great points. I will keep them in mind when I work on more figures. I am still wanting to make the new BSG uniforms. That will take a bit longer to do.
I also have a few other ideas, but those will have to wait.
