Here is another update on this stealthy aggressor.

Yes, I glue the parts to large sticky labels, cut the parts out and then place the parts on clear acetate and put another part on the other side, and cut the part to fit inside the "skin" of the canopy.
I will start a thread to show step by step on how to make one of these canopies soon.
Cockpit Canopy
As promised, here is how I make my cockpit canopy.
(The key to lining everything up properly is starting from the rear and slowly working your way forward.)
Starting with the rear section. I assembled the shell and added the detail that I wanted.
I started laminating pieced of the inside walls to the thickness that I want (about 1 mm thick)
Rear section of the canopy is finished and edge painted.

Here is the center piece of the canopy.
I decided to making a hinged canopy.
I folded clear tape onto itself then measured out sections that are 3 mm wide.
The is a sticky label that I measure out three 3 mm sections.
Attached the sticky label strips both sides of the sections of tape. Then cut it down to two sections that are 5mm wide.
I attached the hinges to the center section.

Here is the rear canopy hatch.
I attached the interior walls of the rear canopy to large sticky labels.
I cut the parts out of the sticky labels and adhered them to both sides of the clear acetate.
This is the rear canopy shell.

I raised the panel and recessed the face of the internal clock that is inside the side canopy wall.

The canopy is now attached.

Great job on the canopy, I see that the sticky label method worked out real good in this version. Also great job on the hinge system.

I have you to thank for the idea of using the sticky labels.
For these kind of canopy, this technique has become standard practice for me. It is really easy to do and (as you can see) look good.
The hing system was derived from the same technique as used in the canopy.
