So sorry to hear that. I had a stage two skin cancer a couple of years ago and I know its a scare to be diagnosed and have to face surgery. Will keep you and Zathros both in my prayers for speedy recoveries.

Prayers are wonderful, two or more in his name, those who believe in other fashions as the Spirit gathers for the Harvest. We are all brothers and Sisters, we are all connected, made from the same stuff, liquids sheets of Gold Crowded through the Sun, we are made of Star Dust. We see where we came from every day. Let the song and memories guide us together on the path. Those who belief regardless of nomenclature of their religion, those who really believe are in the center, and only words can disrupt the flow, temporarily, as the truth breaks through. Prayers are wonderful. I pray conceptually, as words are cumbersome for me. A picture in your mind says an infinite amount of words, in dimensions where your Spirit speaks, seekers of the truth will not be denied.

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen,
Here is an update. I am going in on tomorrow (Thursday) for the surgery at 09:00 hours to OSHU (Oregon Health & Science University). I will be in the hospital for about a week. During that time, I will be in ICU for for a few days during that week. I might not be online during (some or possibly most of) the time.
After I am released from the hospital, I will be home recovering for about 6 weeks. During this time, I will catch up with everything that I have missed, as well as updating everyone how things went and how I am.

I also sorry to hear of your illness. But the way that you say about it gives us the idea that you are facing this problem with strength and confidence, and it's good. Our desire is that the doctors will be very successful and will take care of your life (which is sacred) and you will recover fully!
