Ok...Here's the first real one.
Those are real 8/32 screws with the heads missing on an Athearn RTR flatcar.

I have another flatcar just like it, I just have to take a pic of it.

Here's an Athearn 50 ft flat with two bran spankin new JD 4020s, both the tractors and flat car need to be weathered.

Why do the tractors need to be weathered, aren't they literally brand new?? I agree about the flatcar though!

Here's a pair of flatcars. Both are Athearn 50' cars, with bulkheads from Walthers GSC flatcars. The plastic decks have been removed, and replaced with scratchbuilt wooden ones. The lumber load on the second car is built up from basswood strips.
