only way I've found is to highlight "what's new" then select "New Posts" and it shows all the new posts only. in the sub forums it is as you say.
If you click on the 'What's new' button (which is on the top ribbon), it should show you what new posts and threads have been made since your last visit.Hi guys, I do not know if it is only my problem but when I open a subforum, I am not able to differentiate between threads with new posts and those which were not updated since my last visit. In previous version, threads with new posts had their names in bold, now everything is in bold
I have deactivated my tapatalk account. They can all get bent.
These were standard settings when the transfer was made. I clicked on one of the links to see what happened. It took me to the infamous "page not found" page, so it is nothing more than click-bait. I have unsubscribed and blocked them now.Hi all,
Its a bit strange, but I keep getting emails from Tapatalk with some of my missing posts? I thought I should print one of them out and attach it as a PDF as this keeps on happening? They must still have access to the old site or how else could they be sending out these emails? Has anyone asked them if they could please send the very latest image of the Web site? I can't really see what they would have to gain by refusing? Just a thought is all, I'm not trying to rattle anyone's cages, its just that it seems there was so much that was lost, not only my stuff, but a ton of everyone else's too.
I want you guys to know that I have a better picture of what happened. The new owner literally grabbed all the data he could. It was not given to him in an orderly manner. We came very close to losing everything, and even possibly the whole forum. The new owner, and he will Introduce himself soon, is really interested in bringing this forum to it's fullest potential. He is going to put a front page in, and will be installing a section for all members to write stories of interest about the hobby, and other things. I imagine, for common senses sake, we leave Religion and Politics out of it, but being an International forum, it could be a good way of the memberrship telling of things that interest them, and of their part of of the world, things that we don't hear in the news, the real positive stories that happen everyday, not the fear mongering that is served up on a plate. (O.K., that could be vewed as political) but I think you know what I mean. So much good stuff goes on, and there aren't many outlets for it. It could prove very interesting. Model of the Month will be on that front page too.
