If I were to build the Dalek now, I would do a few things differently
Build another one and make the changes that you want.
INDEED! There are so many different Daleks, yours can pass as one battle-worn special tech version. The left arm would fit that bill since it does look different from other versions. It looks more like a welding apparatus or soldering device, ready to cut through strong metal or to efficiently fix the damaged hull of a space ship. Don't worry about any misplaced bombs. There are other Daleks who have deployed them and feature holes where the bombs once were. So, very well done! 
It's beautiful, as they would say at home, it's something you don't see every day, admire it!!!!!
