It took a while but here are the promised pictures of Twiki's neck. It looks like there are three trapezoid blocks with a triangle in the middle. The blocks on the sides carry the ears which are just a few rectangles stacked on top of each other.

The structure does not look very complicated. As I see it it looks a bit like this:



Red is the ear, yellow the trapezoid shape and blue the triangle which seems to connect directly to the lower "brim" of the head. Please note that this sketch is not true to scale.

It's ok. I think I have worked out some shapes that will work.

Thanks for this! I had to make a simpler version to get them to print right at the scales I had. But it gave me a good start!

I finally have all of the designs for paper and plastic finished. As far as I can take it, anyway. So now I have to make a build document...
