I am making the Battlestar Galactica "TOP GUN" stein (designed by @Revell-Fan).

Starting with the handle. Here are the parts for the handle.

The handle is assembled. (*NOTE* Follow both the text and pictorial instructions closely. Otherwise, parts will be out of alignment or the handle will warp.)

So, here is a minor update (sorry, no photos now). There have been a few changes to the template. So, I am rebuilding all that I have built thus far. Once I am caught up to the last posted photo of this thread, I will start posting photos again. Doing such will (both) keep continuity as well as show the changes that were made.

From the outside it won't change but it's the inner values that count. ;)

I completed the model in 2012 and it went into my archive. Last summer I thought it was too nice not to be shared with all of you. When RB made the test build he found out that something was wrong. After a tough research I found out that somehow the parts for the inner tube were the wrong size. The layer must have been disproportionately resized somewhere between 2012 and 2022 which really puzzled me (the canvas size was fine though which was the reason the error eluded me). Fortunately I still had saved all development files which allowed me to fix that. Unfortunately I forgot to check the cutout of part 23 which I enlarged to make the (then wong) inner tube fit. That's the only issue we encountered and which had to be fixed. Really, nothing wild.

However, while we were at it we noticed that there was still one area which could be improved: there was no support between the outer hull and the inner tube. So if you picked up the stein on the body and not on the handle you might squeeze the hull together a little which might create a dent by accident if you weren't careful enough. So we were thinking about it and came up with a new set of formers 20 minutes later. The array looks like an octopus embracing the inner tube. It is inserted from the bottom. To allow it to do so the two rings 22 were eliminated and all hull parts were combined. There is no division between foot and body any longer. Once I receive the new pictures from Chris the template will be updated and released. :)

As mentioned earlier, @Revell-Fan created internal formers for the stein for added strength.
Here are the parts for the formers,
