OK, back to the missile launcher. The box in the center of the skeleton is glued together.

The launcher is inserted from the top without glueing.

The skeleton is put into the upper body. I didn't need to glue anything, everything fitted like a glove.

Now you will understand why I have cut out that hole:

The launcher cover is laminated to cardboard and firmly attached.

This has to dry completely now. CU later!

This is an update in real time . The glue has cured by now. The top half was closed and the mechanism is checked:

Before the two halves of the bottom section can be glued together a few boxes and plates have to be assembled.

The small long box belongs behind the hole in the nose:

Two of the red plates are glued to the back of the front landing gear flap:

So the flap becomes more stable and looks better .

That's the compartment for the bomb:

After all parts have dried well the bottom parts can be assembled.

Then the skeleton is inserted and the top half is attached.

The completed lower part of the fuselage.

The top part of the fuselage is attached.

As you can see the skeleton fulfils its task; you can hold the plane on one wing without any problems.

If BSG lasted longer, I could see something like this being developed and used.
