I'm re-thinking this because earlier i thought you were talking about full laminating, i mean solid pieces, not normal papermodeling. And now i'm understanding (i think lol) normal technique but with reinforces wherever i might consider.

I understand that only the builder will know some things when the time comes out, because this decisions involve skill, paper thickness, piece size, future painting , etc. But just to check if i get it right, with this technique that you describe, you can do a cube with just one piece? o you cut...

I have read and saw here about the use of wood to reinforce now that you mention, i forgot... i'm sure i'll use wood. About 110lb stock and laminate you mean, scratchbuild kind of?

A misinterpretation leaded me to this mistake, marked in red, gluing before insert blue part. Also it can be seen in blue lack of experience building this kind of surfaces.

So then, second plate was on the way. A progress with the center cone (engineering?) and again, very hard laminated structural piece, have to sand a lot latter, i like very much the strenghtness of this part though
