So then, second plate was on the way.

And like that, i paused this project back in 2015. Life continues and near dic 2019 i had an "almost return". Taked the new plate parts out of the box and back in the workplace.. just to leave it there until the quarantine in the last days of march 2020.

Insects doing there things, so... another upper plate part to print. I was able to remove the cabin without damage, so the project was finally on the move. You can see the difference between colours, the first one was exposed to dust (and insects!)

So, the second stage of building. A covid activity, when the global quarantine began.
Here you can see a mistake i made. The structural part it's supossed to go on the inside of the plate, not like i did. i had to fix that latter.
a mistake gluing the plate ring, and decided to do some surgery. Not in the mood to do a third ring... or plate.

A comparison with the first plate. The second (the right one) came better. You can't see, but the first one was a bit curly in the upper plate.
A misinterpretation leaded me to this mistake, marked in red, gluing before insert blue part. Also it can be seen in blue lack of experience building this kind of surfaces.
And final steps before finished. In the video will be seen the rest of the pieces that these photos don't show.
Well, the end of the latin novel. I promise to take her to the shipyard and improve her lines in the future.

I had this file back when Uhu02's files were shared, but that computer and all it's files are long gone. I am in the process of getting a couple of 2 Tb external drives to back up all my files too, but I have to save every penny... maybe one day.
