Well, I printed out the 'tail lights' on another sheet of the smaller 'smooth' enterprise I will work on soon, so I will be giving it another try. Again a lot of things just didn't work out after I enlarged the print, (my fault for not really examining and making adjustments) Sometimes life just keeps telling you NO, and maybe I should listen.

I finally have resolved the problem I am having with the photographic paper I chose to use on a medium enlarged RonC's 1701. As soon as I buckle down the lighting and glue the details in place, I will seal the saucer rim shut. Still going to somehow enlarge another one to print out to 3 feet or so and make whole stenciled parts of multi-sheet enlarged parts. I tried to take a pic but everything is black and a jumble of wires for lighting, I will just take a pic of the assembled piece.

Well, The big RonC enterprise 1701 was off due to my file enlarging error, but I decided to build it anyway 1.- to complete the task, 2.- for the experience.
So basically it sagged and one blinking led failed.
My guess is that the paper wasn't rigid enough for the size I enlarged it to, about 3x the original size.
My next attempt will be to use foam board for the inner structures, and then stiff paper or plastic black sheet for the exteriors.
Then I will print RONC's enlarged 4x thereabouts on label stock, cut to fit and call it done after I put the leds inside it.

Pictures tomorrow or tonight.

I thought that was a 3 wheel car, then realized it was a 4 wheeled car, with one under the trunk. It's neat, but actually, handling wise, cars like that can be an abomination, unless balanced right. Yugoslavia produced such a car, but only one was made. It was said to handle great, and park extremely easily. Behold the Prevnac! :)
