Could someone please point me in the wright direction to read up on water forming method Zathros talks about in some of the posts? Sound interesting

Water forming is done many different ways. Firstly, if the part is printed with details, it must be printed using Pigment ink. Dye based ink will run and the part will look really bad.

Go to the following thread, and you will see one of the best examples of water forming done. He makes a sphere out of paper. :)

I have done two ways of waterforming - burnishing the wet parts and forming wet parts using plugs (best example of this is thread Zathros points you to). You need to experiment to see how it behaves to figure out right approach. Different paper types and weigths from diferent manufacturers behaves differently when fatterformed. Size of the part also matters.
