Each time I scroll through this thread I am amazed at the work on this model...blown away. Keep up the fantastic work! :thumb:
Your work is amazing. It shows the full potential of a well done papercraft.
I'm waiting to have the whole Patna before start building. I'm thinking to build a half-size ship, due to lack of space, so I'm wondering... where do you plan to "park" that monster (in size term, obviously)?
Aleks, did your 'rents sign off on you to join this forum, judging from your Avatar picture, ya'll seems a little young, you could be one of dem der child prodigys or something, just a wonderin'! tooth1
I think you have to park it in Space!! :yep:
... ehmm.. I must admit, the picture came from somewhere far in time.
Actually, my childrens looks more like that, but I think it is perfect for my "newbie" state in the paper modelling world.
Haha, me too, and it took me some time!
Maybe the glue fumes don't help, I've been papercrafting for several days now
If your children look like that, then God has Blessed You!! :thumb:
WOW!! So Sweet! I built the large APC off of the Jan Rükr website, it was one of my first builds I read about future projects but man, this is amazing!!! Thank you all for your awesome work!!! As Ive said, I am temporarily, although going on two years, disabled, should be 'fixed' in a couple of months, but anyway, this comumity has kept me sane... I am so very appreciative of all the great work that is done and given freely to us. Thank You so very much !!!
Simply (Complicatedly?) fantastic !!
I can't wait to see how you anchor all the sections together. Great job.
The last part of the group to complete
I can't imagine having a model so big. Usually when something is that big, and I'm working on it, it is a car or motorcycle. It will be interesting to see this held next to something for some reference. In a Pitch black room with the right lighting , you could get some awesome shots that just would blow any kind of C.G. away!
So I have a boat that is 75% done
Lotsa awesome sauce here.
I am and have been waiting for a while to see this one completed. The attention to detail by both Jan Rukr and skoda is amazing. I have to remind myself that many of these pictures are taken with the model standing on end. It just looks so natural in the horizontal pose, I can't wait to see all the pieces finally connected and the beast completed.
Bravo gentlemen, bravo!
Thanks due to the length of the ship is 191 cm
Wow! he sleeps with his models! Tat's dedication!
