Hello all. I am building a trestle bridge that will span approx 12 inches. How far apart should the "bents" be spaced? Also how do you convert that to fet in N scale? Thanks Paul
I can't help you with your trestle qustion, but N scale is scale 1:160, meaning that ONE foot in N scale equals 160 feet in in real life, so in your case your span is 1' (12") so that equals to a 160' span.
Hi PAul, it would be a good idea to get a scale ruler whenever you're building from scratch. That way you think in feet, and use the ruler to measure it.
