Hello all,
Today I had to stay home from work, due to a summer cold {missing work really broke my heart }. Anyhow in my collection of HO scale model trains I had a HO trolley bus, made in the 50's or 60's. Now modeling a modern steel complex, doesn't need a relic like this running amuck. So I traded the trolley bus system for a MRC/Athearn C9-44CW, from an antique dealer close to where I live. I've made a new train friend, because this guy collects lionel O scale trains. After talking to him for some time, he told me he buys lots of all diffent gauges of model trains.
This being said, I told him if he gets a hold of any HO stuff thats worth a flip, give me a call. This athearn locomotive that I have now have ,came with the MRC president autograph and has a low number of 298 out of 2500.
So all in all ,not a bad day to stay home from work...
