HO scale,steam loco,Truman/Thruman/...411.
I'm not sure about spelling.

I suspect we might need a little more info than this...

Such as, which railroad owned this locomotive? Do you know the wheel arrangement (0-4-0, 2-6-0, 2-6-6-2, etc.)? Do you have a photo you can post so we can identify it? The more data we have, the more easily we can help!
