    Thanks much for providing this build thread.

    The timing was fortuitous for me as I just bought two of these and was thinking about building one of them. Your thread is much better than the book's directions and helps me pre visualize the process.

    Building it without the tabs made it a lot more stable and clean model. Twisting those tabs into place would cause all kinds of creasing. Just don't get the center deck ring support out of position like I did. ;)

    I believe .PSD files are vector. They cease being so after you flatten them into a .pdf.

    thanks! I have found that printing on wax paper for translucent or clear parts also works well and the ink wont slide or smear.
