Yes, watch "Mega Movers" on the History channel this week. Right now they're running an episode where they're moving both a train depot and a SF 2-10-4 locomotive. It's on later tonight as well as several more times this week.

Also, on "Modern Marvels" next Tuesday, October 2, they will be airing that "Origin of the Freight Train" episode. That is also on the History Channel.

Check your TV schedule since the schedule here in Arizona won't match those anywhere else.

Thanks for the TV news! I was going to watch "The War" but some one spoiled the ending for me and told me that the Allies win. :)

Seriously, I have a lot of regard for Ken Burns' documentaries and just haven't had the opportunity to tune into his WWII series.

Origin of the Freight train is a good one to watch. I have it on my DVR from it's last airing.
There was another one on circus trains that is fun to watch. It does show some interesting operations ideas for anyone that wants to model them.
