I am working on an early 1900 Steam layout and was wondering if anyone knew of a working sawmill available.

Check out the Badger Creek, by Shamus. He has a logging railroad that is beyond great, just click on his logo to go there. Also he is constructing a new sawmill and has pictures of the progress on the gauge. When it comes to that stuff he is the best. Hope this helps. Jim

Welcome to the gauge! Shamus' web site, posts here, and in "the academy". should give you most of what you are looking for. I don't believe there is a commercially available "working" sawmill, but I did see a reasonable facimile at the National Train Show in St Louis last year. It can be done.
