My wife and I got up early this morning and decided to drive 75 miles to Parrish Florida and visit the Florida Gulf Coast Railroad, Museum and take their 13 mi. train ride. We had a nice ride, will try to go back in the fall and see if we can ride in the cab with the engineer. The 3 operating engines they have are an Alco RS-3 # 1633, an EMD GP-7 # 1835 and a GE 44 ton # 100 and several cars. I have attached a few photos of our day.

EMD GP-7 # 1835, a real nice looking loco. in excellent condition. All in all we had a good day, took about 60 photos. And now that we are home I can run the trains on my layout till my hearts content. Sure wish I had that whistle and bell on those engines, my neighbors would really love me then.
