plaster cloth and hydrocal not sticking to blue foam

I bought some from Michael's and it worked fine. It's alittle more expensive, but with 40% off......I may buy some if the second roll of Woodlands is as bad as the first!

By the way.....I forgot to mention that the Woodland's I'm having issues with has diamond
cuts on the edges. None of the other rolls I used had those......Hmmmmm
