Pepakura and .rar files

Hey guys, I am new to the paper modeling hobby and just downloaded pepakura. I was downloading some models from another site, and a few of them end with .rar that pepakura will not open. Anyone know what program I need in order to open these .rar files?

Pepakura opens some 3D model files , .rar is the extension for files that are added into an archive. Usoe Winrar to extract rar files..

Wow, I feel like a bonehead. I really should have remembered that. I use 7-zip to open those.
