passanger cars

    this is a link to my card and wood passanger cars,,,,,,i used wood since i am going to run them on a layout someday,,,,,wood is for the room and frame and some details. all the reat is card stock (4 to 5 layers in some places) and downloaded paper fo carpeting and wall coverings. :grin:

    3/16" scale each car is 14" long

    Nice work indeed. I particularly like the underbody detailing. Is that mostly card? Also, where did you get the downloads for the carpet and coverings?

    the inderframe is bits of wood,,,,,,,:cry: for the wall coverings and carpets i went to commercial sites and downloaded that patterns to print shop and sized them from there,,,,,printed them out to the sizes that i needed and then glued into place......in a few of the cars i used a pattern from harrahs casino that i found on line.:grin:
