I believe I've found a happy lighting balance. I have doubled the halogen fleet to 4 X 150 Watts, and turned the overhead lights off (flourescents). Three lamps face the layout from different angles, and one is bounced off a high tech, $1000 reflector (my white refrigerator). Also the shutter speed set to 2 secs is plenty long enough with 600 watts of light in the room, at F8.
The spring rains have caused some greens to crop up as well as a few stumps. I hope to get some stump pics posted tonight in Loggin'.
