I received my Pioneer Zephyr right after the first of the year and waited a couple of weeks to get the decoder for it. The assembly of the Zephyr and installation of the decoder took about 30 minutes. Another 15 minutes for programming and it runs great. It is so quiet that I have to look for the lights to find it. Here are a few pics that I took to show it off
