It looks GREAT! I wish I had the patience to give painting my own engines a try, and I work in HO scale.

Just needs some dirt, and few fuel spills on the tanks, and it'll be road-ready!
I took a few shots of CP power in Minot, ND while stationed at the base up there.
Minot's where that huge derailment caused the biggest anhydrous ammonia spill in history (2001), 10 miles for my house!

hemiadda2d, is that fuel tender hooked up to the locomotives? I've never seen one in real life, just a few models, I guess it's to get more miles between fill ups?! Nice work on your locomotives too, I hope to custom paint all of my locomotives soon!

hemiadda2d, what do you spray on yout loco's for a final coat? Do you use dull coat or semi-gloss?

That is the "Best Ever" fantasy paint I have Ever Seen.
BN really had something when they added that white stripe. It instantly brought class to Cascade Paint.
You did a great job!
And I'll bet that combo can pull the paint off the walls too!!!

As for the clear coat, Walmart 99-cent gloss clear.

Thanks for the compliments, strangely, I picked my cutoff year as 1989, but I seriously entertained 1991... For that same reason! I guess I figured Whiteface was good enough, and the white stripes added 2 years later wasn't a major factor. This isn't saying that I won't fudge running cabeese on my 1989 layout!
The 3000-class was the only decals I had still intact on my microscale decals sheets...l I have like 6 that are for BN locos, and most are stripped hardcore! I should get more!
