I can't say how much I've enjoyed participating on this site, however I have noticed a minor ideosyncrasy and wondered if anyone else has noticed it. When I log on I like to go to the "view new posts" to see what has been going on since my last visit. I noticed, though, that if you follow up on an email notice about a thread that you subscribe to, before checking the new posts, that is considered a visit and wipes out any new ones that were posted before then. It would be nice to be able to visit threads that you subscribe to and then any new ones that were posted in, say, the last 12 hours. Just a thought.
