    I just got back into model rr after a 30 year hiatus. currently buying
    steam locos through ebay. came here to get updated and search for
    parts for some locos I'm remotoring.

    welcome guys, My name is Bill nelson, and I mainly hang around in the logging area, and also the narrow gauge. I have documented some narrow gauge re-motor projects, and have a few tricks picked up re motoring Brass shays, let me know if you want my trick for getting a long shaft that will fit your current worm, and bearings that will support it at no cost.
