IHC locos

    Are the new ihc locos good quality.
    And are they easy to add dcc control

    have two of them they seem to be good solid runners with a bit of tweaking,can't say on the DCC though.

    They are good runners, I have two. As far as DCC, they are right with Athearn, being one of the easiest to install decoders in as the motors are already isolated from the frame.:thumb:

    I have the Hudson 4-6-4 CN 5702 Class K-5-by IHC. Runs great, very quiet. Pretty good hauler even going up a grade. Friend installed a decoder and changed the headlight to an LED.
    Looking forward to running it with my passenger cars.
    They're good economy engines, not the greatest of detail but you can still have fun with them and not break the bank.
