I thought this might be an interesting shortline to model for those interested in modern operations but with a soft spot for the old locos like the RS-3.
Short lines can be very fun to model, I'm thinking of modeling one on my layout. The only problem is, do I want to sacrifice real estate for a short line, or have more main line run?! HMMMMM.

SD90, perhaps a shortline connecting to your main line for the best of both worlds? You don't have to model the entire shortline a la the Kelly's Creek and Bradley on the previous version of the Virginian and Ohio.
