the prototype of a 9 ton beast is becoming apparent. the actual dinosaur was an expert suropod hunter and outweighed the 6-7 ton t-rex by a land slide.the paper model will approach 3 ft. in length when finished. more pics are coming soon.

In a couple of those pictures, it looks like an arm wrapped in a bandage, hey, you pullin' a fast one on us!..................!

Only kidding. It does have a very organic look, not something easy to achieve with paper. :)

there were a few fit problems in the joining of the legs and body. I actually saw it coming when I observed it closely. so a few trimming here and an alteration in the plans there, and finally I get a descent fit and the overall size this thing is going to be.

sorry it been a while. but to reassure that there was progress, here are some more pictures. I finally got the model to stand and started segmenting the tail. the left leg is going to be redesigned in my next test model, along with the teeth, tongue, and claws.

the giganotosaurus prototype is nearing completion. all that is left for it is the left arm and segmenting the tail. so in the meantime, I thought I could have some fun
