    Hi everybody
    I want to show you my German SAR Boats.
    Last year I began to build the "John T. Essberger" from Peter Brandt.

    These are beautiful. Great idea to turn them into X-mas tree decoration. :)

    This year, I then built the "Rickmer Bock" (from Deutsches Schifffahrtsmuseum, Bremerhaven), once with ball, even without but always with coxswain!

    Recently then the "Berlin" from the Passat publishing house was finished.

    This are excellent. I had been designing one of my own to represent a generic S.A.R. but switched to a Pilot Boat, which sometimes can be used for S.A.R., for close in stuff. You have a great collection going on here. Here's a pic of an S.A.RR./Pilot boat I was working on, but I floundered on the project, though it would not take much to finish it. I planned to have a substantially full interior for it. :) R5.jpg R4.jpg
