A C P on a Cn
over the Bridge
Can you imagine the strain on that bridge as the camber changes on the other side
Captured on film after a fast pace entance.
And the lead unit
Nice shots Chris. The only time I get to see freights or "snow" is on this computer or on TV. We seldom get snow here and am off the beaten track as far as trains go. We do have a local that comes out of ?? and delivers cars in Woodland and then the Yolo engine spots them.
Cool pics! I wonder what those loads in the gondolas are? Generators? Those big red diesel units are impressive!
Hump on a Hump
Do ya like it or do ya like it

I LIKE it! I go by a similar scene in St. Paul on the way to Red Wing, MN. I usually ask my wife to drive when we head down that way so I can rubber neck the hump yard.
Hi Dick glad you like the photo`s I try and get out once a week with the Camera
Hi Ralph, here is a closer shot, I THINK THEY ARE COVERS FOR SOME GREAT BIG GENERATERS
Chris: they're the tops for the Friendly Giant's toothpaste tubes!
Mystery is solved Sure do look like it David
now where is the darn tooth brush?
The toothpaste is in the next train and the toothbrush in the train after that. Chris went home to soon and missed them. lol
Great shots. I love CP stuff - thinking about putting a couple of SD90Macs on the HO track just to have them pass through. Do you have any pics of them?
Hi Rusted I have not got the SD90Mac, but may be Tin Goat has.
Will see what we can do.
You sure have been busy Chris in spite of this very cold weather we are having. I stick at home these days waiting for it to warm up a bit before I go out with my camera again
Rusted: you may be closer to the SD90MACs than we are -- they're based in Winnipeg and I think they run across the prairies.
Trains all around me
