I have just completed two small modules with foam top for my layout. When I joined the two ends together the foam on one side where the two joined was a hair higher. Can the foam be sanded to get the foam level with the wood supports that attache the modules? To make the question simplier can I sand the foam? Thanks Joe

You can use a Stanley surform (tool brand/name) instead of straight sandpaper.
