After working on my layout for over a year, I finally finished laying all the track in the yard.
Round house area. The roundhouse is scratch built.
These were taken with a cheeeep Dig camera and it does not take good close ups. This is the west arm of the layout. Will post pictures of the east side shortly.
Clark,Looking great. Did you scratch build the roundhouse? If not who made it?
Thanks pttom...I scratch built the roundhouse over a year ago for a earlier layout and kept it.

Thanks Tyson. Would you believe that Round house is made of "cardboard"?. Kleenex boxes to be exact.
Great work, Dick!
That's a neat looking track plan you've got!
Great going!:thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
It is nice to see someone is making progress.
Looking Good! Very busy place, I can smell the diesel oil. Nice roundhouse, is that a 24/7 operation? I've heard it takes a lot to keep those "Geeps" out on the main. :thumb: :thumb: :thumb:
You can see that some of the engines are painted green and silver. That is the K R & T colors. I don't have a camera that can take close ups so I can't photograph them.
Thanks all for the comments.
This is almost a 24/7 operation.
I am in process of finishing up ballisting the double main tracks.
Man that looks GOOD!!!!!!!!Mike:thumb:

A BIG Thumbs Up!
Now THAT is what I call progress. Nicely done!
Chris. Sandy doesn't care how much time I spend on the layout as long as I get the dishes done, Clothes washed. kitchen cleaned up. You get the drift.
Very nice work! It looks like you work fast.
