Just noticed this and thought I'd pass it along. The foil material used for some medicine "blister packs" has a texture that resembles the diamond-plate steel plates that is used for many modern-day walkways, etc. Pretty close to the right color too.

Interesting. What are the pill mfrs? I am not familiar with any off hand and this observation has possibilities for something I am working on.
I dunno - just saw the remains of the package in a garbage can at work. (Also noticed the same pattern on what looked to be the foil from inside a pack of cigs, but it was gold-colored.)
Good eye Bill, ya, I've seen that a dozen times but didn't "see" it. I usually buy the Osco store brand and have seen the grid on several, but it's silver.
