On the upper part of the layout I am using code 83 track and would like to build two curved switches, one right and one left. Does anyone have templates or a site that has them, or do I just design what I require? I have build regular number 4 and 6 switches, that is what my jigs are, but not a curved one as yet. Am looking for 18 to 22 inch radius. Thanks in advance Ron...

Check out the Walthers Catalog: the number six curved switch radius is 24"/18".
The Peco ST-244/ST-245 is 22"/19.5". Those are the ones I'm using on my industrial layout.
If you need a template copy, let me know, I'll try to scan one and send it to you (the Peco switch). I don't have the Walthers one on hand.
