I need a picture of the back of a CP Rail Redbarn with road number #9000 or #9022, this are the only two with the dual flag scheme and I need to know the location of the road number on the back, thank you...
I thought (and correct me if I am wrong) that the rear numbers just went across the top of the back as opposed to across the middle of the back like the regular sd40-2's. Kinda if the Pyle light was between and below the 2nd and 3rd number. Thats what I remember....and it should be the same for the action red or dual flag scheme.....
Mike, can you take a pic of my SD40-2F at your place....to show him where I put the number...
There wasn't any in the yard to get a picture of this weekend Steve, but it looks like it didn't take that long anyway! I'm glad you found what you were looking for.
NICE work Steve! They look awsome! Are you going to do all 25 red barns? I might get 2 of them for my layout too. I have 2 brand new SD40-2's that are just waiting to be converted to red barns. I just need 2 of those shells. Talk to you soon.
steve would kill me if he had another 21 to do for me. after finishing my 4 red barns he'll has to build 2 fp7 and 2 fp9... but pssssssst....he doesn't know yet....
btw, you could have told me about this forum...
Sandro.....when you get back home, could you please post a couple of pics of the FP7s and 9s and let me know if they are good quality? Also, what frame and engine are your putting the shells onto?
the shells look pretty good. just about the same quality as the redbarn kits. the guy from central hobby told me to use an atlas gp38 drive as it comes closes to the original.
the NTRAK modules are the work of Manfred N. / Austria and Markus S. / Germany - I've only built the Redbarn (Kaslo Shops / SAR), the pictures are made by Milan M. / Czech Republic...
