Drool, looking forward to you making this into another master piece! Death Star interior (unfinished section) should be interesting...

Typical Bandai construction went very fast, but the details will pop with painting...these piks just have the interior "under construction" areas painted in a darker grey...

next pics will be as it sits now, with washes and dry brushing, and the first bit of color call outs...

    Watching in anticipation...

    May I provide a soundtrack?

The original is the best, but this version still rocks \m/ :headbange::headbange::headbange:

Great Video! a great model also... even at 1 to 2 Million 7 Hundred Thousandth scale it isn't as small as imagined!

The Model looks great!! Amazing how much detail. and from a PLASTIC kit to boot! Would have thought it would have to be resin, for that amount of detail! Thank goodness it isn't, I hate resin kits!

"Ok now let's blow it up... "Quote from the younger days when I used to do stuff like that! You would, and I do CRY at all the models that meet their demise that way!!

LOL, used to do the same! Many re-enactments of the Battle of Britain in my back yard :)

It's a pity the scale is so big you can't have a Falcon and/or X-Wing/A-Wing flying along the surface....

I used to shoot Matchbox cars that lost their wheels with my .22. The blew up really well. They were really beat up. My son has 100's of them, but his are in great to excellent shape. :)
