    Awesome photos Mr. Nutbar!:thumb: :thumb:

What type of beast is 2900? A Fairbanks and Morris product? It is so ungainly it is cool looking.

    hi tom---
FM H-24-66 class CRG-24a,the only Trainmaster to run on the CN.It had been constructed as a demonstrator at the FM plant at Beloit Wisconsin in june 1955 and shipped to Kingston Ontario for final delivery to the cnr in aug.1955.It was equipped with dynamic brakes and a steam generator.the unit was renumbered from 3000 to 2900 in 1956.Originally assigned to thunder bay ontario for ore dock transfers then to commuter trains in the golden horseshoe area of ontario,it ended service in yard transfer duty in the toronto area. The model is from Atlas.

Your new Rapido cars look pretty nice too, although both they and that Train Master could use a little weathering.:D

    nutbar, those look great!

The diesel is pretty... well, odd... but those steamers (as always) are top-notch.

How come the track seems un-"edited"? No paint, ballast? Just wondering.

But those locomotives are downright beautiful. Thanks for the pics. :thumb:

hi trainwhiz20---thanks for responding---my "layout" is still very much in the preliminary stages---once things are finalized,i'll be adding the finishing touches such as ballast, scenery, background etc,etc,etc---still a long way to go yet
