We bought a Spectrum On30 trolley today for the Christmas mantel. Nice little model. However, the trolley pole doesn't rise up. It's been fitted with springs, rotates, and has pole hooks at both ends, but it doesn't rise up much higher than the pole hooks. Is this normal? I don't want to force it and bend or break it.
