Nice buys! Usually at the flea markets I attend rolling stock with magnetic couplers is more in the $5-8.00 range. You scored!!!

even if you do not like cars you got cheap couplers. but those are nice buys.
i enjoy shopping at the shows for jsut that reason, you can find some good deals if you look.
cars for a few dollars, locomotives deals are to be had if you really look.
so far i have not had any troubles with my show purchases

I'm pretty sure the Rock car is Athearn and the SNC is MDC. Nice pick ups!

Yep, The Rock car is Athearn, as for the SNC car, If MDC put a plastic underframe on that type car, you may be right.
I think the Rio Grand car has a Detals West #182 50' Hydra-cushion under frame kit installed.

The P2K kit that some of the cars are sitting on in the photos was another $3 car. When I took it out of the box to assemble it I found some Extra paperwork and dry transfers.
It turns out it is a 1996 Lap of Luxury NMRA convention car. I assembled the kit but haven't put the dry transfers on yet.
